I really couldn't tell. The duck itself wasn't seasoned fully. I expected a somewhat elevated Banh Mi but got a regular Banh Mi for $9.

It was 8-9 inches long. Not huge. I thought by saying Po-Boy I would get a ton of filling but didn't.

You can get a Banh Mi for like $3-4

I gotcha. Just seems like something new hip restaurants would try to do .. take a cheap, simple, classic thing like the Banh Mi and "elevate" it, but fail in making it taste better or improved upon but still charge you more for it.
