You people are stupid as hell. Riley, Sheppard, and as of late Minter were talented LB's who built themselves into the LB's they became later. Pump the brakes there cowboy, nobody said they didn't put in the work & Chief just magically made them better. He is their position coach & does have an impact. Chief has a proven track record of coaching the LB position & he's continuing to put quality players in the league.
