I think depending on who he gets it just might persuade Robert Nkemdiche (DE 6'4" 285 lbs.) into signing with LSU and not Ole Miss. You say, yes, but he is on the Defense, I say, it makes a big difference when the Defence thinks with the style of Offense they run will give the Team as a whole a better chance at winning than someone they may not trust will give them that edge. They also may pick up several more big time recruits with the hire if it is the right one. I am of the feeling the sooner the better, that way they can all plan sooner with the Offense they will run than later. Just sayin!

The pumpers may ask "What's the hurry? Everything's fine." but I totally agree with your point of view and sense of needing this to happen sooner rather than later. It's not going away. And another year of what we've seen these last 5 years puts us one year deeper into the hole CLM or some coach will eventually have to help LSU climb out of. Why not start climbing now?
