Hiring a new oc won't do a bit of good. what are we going to do hire a new oc every year. les has don run off every one we had because he has to stick his nose in the play calling. I just don't see why people can't see this , les miles is the freaking problem not the oc.

CalTiger53. Exactly. Save yourself and that salary. Improve your offense and you can hide behind coordinators if you lose, now he can't.

It is time. The reasons have been over analyzed. I know this thread infuriates many of you but the point is simple. Pressure needs to be applied or this will continue. Top 25 teams should have top 25 offenses. It's not fun to watch. It's painful. We need an offense with an identity.

For what? It's Miles offense. It doesnt' matter who they bring in. Mile's will have his finger on it.
