He has already handed over the keys of the defense to Chavis, so maybe he wants to keep control of the offense to justify his being on the sidelines?

I'm trying to figure out his rationality for always tinkering with one side of the football.

do you think Les would be the only coach in history that lets his coordinators do the heavy lifting?
