I agree with him. Its a financial decision. He doesn't feel he's getting his $ worth. I definitely agree with him.

Way to be an LSU Tiger Fan, dude. No faith in your team. Coach Miles is the best coach LSU has ever had. You Nega-Tigers are ruining LSU football. I hope that you are happy now. LSU lost. You must be laughing and having a good time because LSU lost. I'm pretty sure that Coach Miles knows more about coaching that do you. Who do YOU want to Coach LSU? Saban ain't coming back.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If Miles worked for the Company I work for he would have been fired long ago. He runs a brand that sells itself, and has benefited from some good fortune that is playing out. It has been like standing on a rail watching the train coming but couldn't get off the track.
He has built a poor offense by any standard and he is beginning to reap what he sowed. The line between the mad hatter and the dumbest guy in America is very thin, and he crossed over it this year as he did with the "co-defensive" coordinators.
It isn't bad that LSU is 90-115 th in the nation on offense, it is a travesty and is inexcusable and should not be tolerated. If I were the head coach I would have fired the entire offensive staff after last year, but all he does is make excuses and point out the obvious. A true leader would accept responsibility, admit we need to change, and then actually make some changes. He will say "man, we were close, just didn't execute". If watching Clemsons offense didn't show you how far we are then you are either too blind or too stupid to understand this, and that type of complacency that I see from the " it's ok we won 10 games crowd" is not what has been built here over the last 12 years.
If Chavis leaves or if the defense dips any, we are in for a world of hurt unless something changes.

Les Miles, is great in all things football except gameday decisions.
I saw this early on. Decided to not renew my tickets in 2008, after the 07 National Championship. Saved a bunch of money since then.

I don't know why more people don't skip paying TAF dues and just buy them off of stubhub. Even if you pay $400 for the Bama game, you still save tons.

If you've been a season ticketholder for decades, or in my case, for generations in your family, it's extremely difficult to give up those seats. There's a lot of nostalgia and emotion and tradition and knowing the people sitting around you.
That's why it's so awful that TAF continues to milk loyal fans for as much money as they can on season tickets. Over the last decade, I'd say even for lower bowl sideline season ticketholders like myself, I'm being charged MORE for tickets than fair market value. Excuse me for saying so, but that's just fricking bullshite, and no way to run a fricking program if you want to build long-term loyalty. The program does not care about that though. They only care about corporate sponsorships and shite.
You can call me a whiner all you want, but as someone attached to seats that have been in my family since 1955, I think I've earned the right to bitch about things once a year, and January is usually that time for me.

This thread got the anchor? Seriously? That's freaking terrible, admins. Come on, man.

If your truly giving it up then don't renew your season tickets. Why don't you let someone who really wants to have the season tickets have the good fortune of getting off the waiting list? .....You obviously are planning on selling then instead so you can get back on the bandwagon later.
FYI- I personally am not on the waiting list. I have 4 season tickets for years and would not give up watching live LSU football from those seats even if we were 0-12!

A friend is buying them. Thanks for asking, though!
