Without a doubt and dont even have to look in the history books for coaches all the way back to the 1800s, clear cut answer is Curley Hudson Hallman. I believe he even was fired from Mussel Shoals, Alabama as Head Coach and AD over there.

Perfect example of Hallman being Hallman.
After a typical game under him he said during the post game interview.."I thought we ran the ball pretty well". We had 48 yards rushing that game.
