Is there a bulb out?

I'm having no problems with any websites except when I try and post on TD on a page that has the Xmas lights on it...they, along with the emoticons freeze up
Help Board doesn't have lights up and I can type fine but on the fantasy board I'm trying to type and it keeps freezing every 2-3 secs
anyone else?

You're probably using chrome. I have problems with .gifs working if I scroll down the page too fast. Refresh the page and the lights should work!
