It's a bad movie, albeit an entertaining one. At least TDK is paced in such a way that you don't notice the plot contrivances until subsequent viewings but they're so ridiculous in DKR that you can't help but become befuddled. Second viewings for this movie are better because you don't have to sit in puzzlement for the entire duration wondering "did I just see/hear that?"

I watched this movie tonight for the first time, and it sucks pretty much worse than any 1980s B movie rental.
