re: Adam Richman (Man v Food) gets overly emotional when visiting White Hart Lane

I'll admit I got a little misty eyed when I first stood before The Pantheon in Rome and Botticelli's "The Birth of Venus" in Florence.

But White Hart Lane?

Really?

Is White Hart a European equivalent of Yankee Stadium or Wrigley or, yes, Notre Dame Stadium--just oozing with history and tradition?

But, I guess to each his own.
