The Marilyn merlot is pretty good. The Norma jean is the cheap stuff. It used to be available through a distributor here and may still be. If there is a distributor, a winery of their size may choose not to purchase a shipping license for direct customers bc of the cost. I had access to it when I was at churchills. Just ask your retailer for wine locally and see what they come up with. And yes it can be "worth" a significant amount if money due to cross interest collecting but as a wine drinker I would personally spend that amount of cash on something else.

A liqour store can't have things shipped in. They have to go through a distributor. It's the system of alcohol distribution that was put in place once prohibition was repealed in order to keep tighter reigns on alcohol distribution.
