I agree that some difference of opinion exists, but as you say McGrady his career was intertwined with Hill. The Rockets era T-Mac wouldn't exist if Hill had been healthy in Orlando. You are looking at two dominant wing players who be right there in the conversation as the best teammates of all-time. Hill was Triple Double threat every night and McGrady was an elite scorer while his body held up. Who knows if McGrady ever develops the back injury if he was (literally) carrying Orlando for 3 years.
Grant was as special as any player in his era (Shaq,Duncan,Kobe,KG,Nash) and superior to the high volume scorers (VC,AI,T-Mac). If Doc Rivers were coaching those two, the landscape of the NBA would have totally changed outside of Los Angles and San Antonio. It would have been those three teams.
