That's exactly what I was thinking... but they also went to strawberry extract to release it sooner and take the harvest somewhat out of the equation.

Still though, they made too much and people already had their fill.

I think Goose Island could probably quadruple their Bourbon County Stout production and there still would be a demand for it, but at some point it will hit an equilibrium.

Don't get me wrong, I will obviously buy a bunch of it if given the opportunity.

I also really like things being local and staying that way. I would almost prefer them to make more but keep it in Chicago, so that I have something to look forward to if I go to Chicago.
