quote:
Laurence Jones grabbed a recent offer from Ohio State to accompany the list of BCS schools that previously offered. "Ohio State sent a written letter telling me they'd like me to become a Buckeye," Jones said. "Right now no one is leading for me. I'm free; I'm open. I'm considering Ohio State; I'm considering everyone."

seems that tim is very impressed with Miami, if so best of luck to him.
I would think it would be great if all the potential recruits would be upfront and not play silly games with the process. If you really don't know where to go that's on thing but the stringing along coaches and keeping slots open for them when another kid could fill the slot is just damn selfish.
maybe coaches should just say you got an offer and it's good for one month, plenty of time to make a decision. If not yes by that time, then move on.
