Yes LSU has played better quality opponents, but look at the margin of victory. Not very decisive wins, and right now we have too many "self inflicted wounds" on both sides of the ball. If we tighten up on penalties and turnovers we have a shot but don't think for two seconds that we have a shot if we rack up 100+ yards in penalties and 2+ turnovers again. I'm still Optimistic, miles n company have my trust until proven otherwise!

Opponents' Total D rankings to date:

LSU: Florida (6)
Bama: Michigan (9)
LSU: USCe (13)
Bama: Western Ky. (18)
Bama: Missouri (25)
Bama: Miss. State (28)
Bama: Ole Miss (47)
LSU: A&M (55)
LSU: Washington (57)
LSU: N. Texas (66)
Bama: Fla. Atlantic (74)
Bama: Arkansas (86)
LSU: Auburn (95)
Bama: UT (99)
LSU: Idaho (119)
LSU: Towson (FCS)

Shouldn't the two teams' offensive stats be more similar to one another?
