Just so you know where I am coming from...I am a bit of a fanboy when it comes to Microsoft and after a couple of days, I think this is going to be even worse than the Vista fiasco for the average user.
When using APPS, they are all full screen and you can't easily bounce from one program to the next.
The whole Start Screen is pointless for a multi-tasker. Anyone with dual screens and any multi-tasker is going to spend all of their time on the desktop because of the limitations of the Start Screen.
The only feature I like so far, is that when using dual monitors on the desktop, you now have a taskbar on each monitor.
Tip #1 - if you like the games that come with Windows(spider solitaire, Freecell} you need to download them for free from the app store. They were not included in the windows 8 upgrade.
That is a really crappy way to get millions of app downloads all at once so they can claim the app store is humming along at a brisk pace. The marketing dick who came up with that should be neutered.
