In 09 here is the point differential in the first 8 games for example:

12
8 (Falcons, games are always tight)
So which one of those games did we squeak by???

I took the comment as "lucky bounces" being all the ints and such the Saints had that year. I remember y'all being something absurd like +59 in the turnover margin.
Don't get it twisted, y'alls D back in '09 wasn't great. I think most people who watched the Saints D objectively that year would call them "opportunistic" and "bend but don't break".
