Start spraying a lubricant on the top of the plugs now and continue weekly to you are ready to tune up. They may break one or a few. Chances are if they were installed without a no seize compound, a few will break! 600.00 to 1k to remove.

Have same truck and had same issue.
Old spark plugs were causing some hesitation during acceleration, spark plugs were a pain to deal with, make sure you have a capable person to address
