I think it means he's at least good in the air. Stats may not be the end all that they are in basketball and baseball, but they still mean something in soccer. Certainly you can draw the wrong conclusions from them. If you score that many headed goals, you're at least "good" in the air.

Give me his crosses:goals ratio and that might make me consider otherwise.
