I don't even see how that is fun 
My project with Crystal Palace is going nicely, although I wish I would have started with a League 1 team now.
My starting team looked like this:
Speroni (73)
Ward (68), Ramage (68), McCarthy (67), Moxey (67)
Jedinak (69), Dikgacoi (67)
Zaha (72), Moritz (70), Garvan (67)
Murray (70)
After 1 season and a jump to the Prem I look like this:
Speroni (73)
Baird (69), Blake (72), Parr (76), Moxey (71)
Garvan (70), Jedinak (72)
Sterling (71), Di Gennaro (77), Zaha (77)
Ojo (79)
Youth development is so much better in this game. I've got a couple 16 and 17 year olds that I scouted on my bench already (the main reason I wish I would have started with a lower club)

I like to go through my rape the world phase for a while then I start playing with smaller teams.
One thing I've noticed is that they've made Real's academy stupid good. They produced two 18 year olds with 99 speed.
