No he wasn't. He had a solid turnaround his first year.


He was fricking miserable in the NFL. Considered Top 5 in worst College to NFL coaches ever. Was afraid to go in his own locker room his last year. Players and the organization had zero respect for him.

The guy is a great college coach/recruiter. His NFL career was a joke.

He was better than Holtz, Spurrier, and Petrino though if that makes it any better!
