As a Mich. fan, it would suck because Brandon has unabashedly said he is loading up on home cupcakes in the nonconference for cash and because the conference got tougher with Nebraska and the championship game

Do you like that? Never really understood the appeal of a 9 conference game schedule. Wouldnt you rather play a ACC or a Pac12 team than the same damn team every year?

Of course, keep your traditional rivals (MSU, OSU) but Indiana? Purdue? NW? Geez.

I think B1G has nixed the nine game thing for now. If 8 games meant Michigan would get a better out of conference game, I would take it. But, I think Michigan is just going to schedule a patsy (I think that Pac 12 pact is dead for now). So, 4 games against the UMass/Central Mich. variety. The one good thing about a 9 game B1G is it makes things a bit more fair than 8. In 2013 and 2014, Sparty doesn't get OSU, Wiscy or PSU on the other side. PSU will suck, but that's a monster advantage to win the division.
