Smoked a fatty on the grill.

This was my first try at a bacon explosion. Laid the bacon weave out and then added a layer of Italian sausage with onions, peppers, mushroom on top of the bacon, next was a layer of ham and cheese. Rolled it up and cook on the grill at 275 for about three hours.

Been wanting to try one of those myself. I also have the same try. Use it all the time. Looks good.

I've found the fatties look MUCH better than they actually taste.

i did one last year and the bacon cooked way faster than the insides.
