NO shite. They need to spend at least two seasons on the remainder of books 4 and 5.
In 20 hours, they would need to deal with:
The aftermath of the battle at The Wall,
Stannis trying to mobilize the North
Jon Snow becoming LC and his choice between the Black and the WInterfell
Jon Snow being LC and trying to deal with Wildlings/Hardhome/repopulating the Wall forts
Jon Snow and Melisandre
Davos's time in White Harbor and heading out to Skagos
The Northmen at Winterfell, with all that entails
( I assume they could leave out Alys Karstark, but I think it would make sense to leave her in as she ties together quite a few of the story lines)
Sam, Aemon, and Gilly being sent to Braavos and then Old Town
Arya in Braavos - which should be given full time to develop.
Tyrion and Varys in Pentos and eventually catching up with JonCon and his merry band and the reveal of (F)Aegon
Tyrion and Jorah in Volantis/priests of Rhallor
T and J sailing back to Meereen and getting back into the presence of Danaerys
The return of the fighting pits, and eventually Drogon
Danaerys and Drogon out in the Grass Sea
The introduction of Dorne, and all its intrigue, including Jamie doing his Riverlands thing down there.
Cersei and Margaery fighting it out in King's Landing.
Cersei's "trial"/humiliation/insanity
Brienne's continued trip to self-discovery/tBwB/the Quiet Isle/Gravedigger
The explanations of the sparrows and the growing religious conflict
Littlefinger/Sansa in the Vale learning politicking
and of course Bran becoming whatever it is he is becoming.
Oh yeah, and all the Greyjoy business.
I know people here apparently seem to really like to belittle those last two books, but a ton stuff happened, even if they were weren't big. bloody surprises.
There is no way they could do it all justice in 10 hours. I think they will be taxed in getting it down to 20 hours, especially since they are likely to add Whitewalkers in with the WIldling/Hardhome issue

I think 15-20 hours is reasonable. 30 hours is too much though.
You have to remember some characters will be further ahead of others--Bran, Sansa, even Dany will be done after season 5, which makes me think that George is trying to wrap up TWoW so the show doesn't pass him up. And some fans will say "but there's 2-3 seasons more of material"--for characters like Jon, Stannis, and Reek, 2 seasons of material for sure but 3 is pushing it. But at the same time other arcs are starting to run out of material with less than 1 season. Martin wouldn't be outpaced with every character but he definitely would be with several of them.
