I know this probably a johnny come lately revelation, but I realized that the reason Dany wakes up in the Dorthraki Sea and a familiar khalisar is because of something that was foreshadowed by Jorah in Quarth. He had said that the Dothraki would never follow her unless she had power, Well conquering 3 cities and having become a novice Dragon rider is pretty damn powerful. Being in the Dothraki sea allows her to recruit more Dothraki to her cause and consolidate her light cavalry.
Sorry if I'm late to the party on this realization.

It's perfectly ok . A lot of readers think she's going to lead a Dothraki Khalasar back to Mereen.
Also, this is somewhat MAJOR news, although maybe I'm being a bit optimistic. Roy Dotrice, the man who does the narration for all the ASOIAF audiobooks, revealed something in a recent interview:
Roy Dotrice says that GRRM said he has to do an audiobook 'really soon'
ASOIAF forum thread talking about the interview
...Could this mean that George will have the book out by Christmas 2014, perhaps? Also, I didn't know this, but Liam Cunningham (Davos) revealed in an interview back in March that GRRM told him that he was halfway through TWoW.
What are y'all's thoughts on GRRM's progress? Could it be that since he's reaching the end (and has known the endgame since he started AGOT) that he's finding it easier to write about, since the journey has reached the destination?
