Go to the bottom of the post (starting at the second to last quote). Basically the poster is saying that what Mel actually sees in her vision is not the same thing as what she tells Jon.

What she sees
"girl as grey as ash"

What she says
"a girl in grey" and "fleeing from marriage"

The actual girl in the vision could be Asha Greyjoy. But there could be foreshadowing in what Mel says...that the girl in grey fleeing from a marriage is a Stark.

The poster was replying to someone who proposed that it was Sansa in the vision, but it could be more like foreshadowing in what Mel said. Sansa was just arranged in a marriage and would come out in a "maiden’s cloak of white and grey." Sansa could be fleeing that marriage. Or something like that.
