well w/ those figures it will be a huge challenge. 31,477,336 bbls (1,322,048,125 gals)of fluid. However It may not take a drilling fluid to accomodate the needs. It could take simple Slatwater which is cheap. Saltwater weighs approx 8.5 pounds per gallon and freshwater weighs 8.34 pounds per gallon. So in turn you can put saltwater in and force everyting out. I dont know the exact formations or pressures so it is difficult for me to be close on numbers. But a tanker on the river w/ some pumps can do the job.
