Thieves is the correct term, but you are right.

It is a sad thing to me the way this trade has gone. If there is one good thing to come from this economy is that people have less to spend which means they will insist on repairs over replacement 95% of the time. In turn, this drives the shite for brains and thieves out, just as it did during the Carter years. They will be back, thedirtysonsofbitches, but it will be a while.

We grey beards know what the flat bellies can't understand; I'm not going to get rich off of one customer and if I rip him off, I wont have any customers....aww hell, I'll stop now before I start sounding like some bitter old fart that shakes his fist at children and talks about the good old days.
