The ground meat and smoked sausage is legit. Especially since veron's does ours.
And backstrap and tenderloin is pretty damn heavenly.
I don't do much else with it, I keep roasts but you have to cook those things down for hours to taste good

Steak n rice n gravy. Dad used to smoke some roasts. Stuff em with deer sausage, garlic onions bell pepper n wrap in bacon. shite was good... Other than that we mainly got sausage n ground meat. Breakfast sausage was my favorite though
