I'm honestly getting the feeling that we aren't as pretty as we think we are. We might be forced to get someone that is unproven or has baggage and pray for the best. It sucks but that might just be the way it is.

Probably true, the answer that is to hire a top flight assistant. Not a mediocre 60 yr old retread who is only coaching so his sons have jobs
