My biggest complaint with TJ was his choice of assistant coaches. He was too loyal to his Standford guys. He never got coaches with regional ties, thus no recruiting relationships were formed.

My thoughts...an elite coach at a mid-major ain't coming to LSU to deal with unrealistic expectations.
Shaka Smart...runs shite at VCU and makes 7 figures, he has a good arse job.
Brad Stevens...two Final Fours at Butler...makes good money...he has a good arse job.
People need to taper expectations here. This is LSU hoops, not LSU football or baseball.
