Why, is he asking for money out of your pocket? He is in the middle of a business transaction. Tomorrow if his career ends for some reason then the Saints will dump him without batting an eyelid. He should squeeze them for every penny that he can and then some.
This isn't about business with the state and the people of Louisiana - its with a private firm that is motivated by profit alone.
