Amazon Instant - xbox 360 issues

I have the Amazon Prime for the "free" two day shipping so I decided to see if I could watch the "free" instant videos through my xbox. I seemed to have everything hooked up correctly with the Windows Media Extender and can watch some of the sample videos from my desktop.
If I download(rent or buy for an extra charge) the movie I can stream it to my xbox, but I cant seem to just stream to stream(not sure if that is the correct term). Is there a way to watch the instant video in the Windows Media Player instead of the browser? It seems like that would help me.
Yes, I searched all over the interwebs, but could never get a clear answer on how to set this up correctly. TIA.

I think you have to have the Amazon Unbox program installed.

I have the amazon Unbox installed, but I can't see them in that either. Maybe I don't have the folder linked?
Anyway to watch it on the iPad?

Or if anyone could point me in the right direction to get some help - amazon or windows media support? I don't think either of these exist though.
