Gausman will start throwing harder and harder as the season warms up as will his arm, but I'm not ready to label his velocity as "The best it can be" just quite yet so early in his career.

Wouldn't that be under stamina then? I mean he was hitting 96-97 late in games last year. Once he was hitting 99 late in a game during the warm part of the season.
