Madden Question....Run Game

Ok, I am getting my arse whipped by these punks online. I can't get any run game going and also having trouble stopping the run. What are some good run plays for any teams and a good defense to stop the run

Never play online with people you dont know. They use nano blitzes on you so you cant run the ball. As for stopping them, blitz the frick out of them. Stack the box, overload, CB blitz, etc.

i dont have any friends that play...so playing against people i dont know is my only option
