Will need more info on how you would know this. I have heard for three years a trainer that Shep (who would "play around" before or after practice with a couple of receivers and looked pretty good) could throw. He did not have the arm strength of Jefferson but still should of gotten a look.
Me thinks you don't have any real reason for saying he was bad but rather like to sound off on subjects that you don't know anything about.
