How are we looking for this year? I know offensively we lost Mikie, but pitching staff should be stout with the guys coming back from tommy john surgery and then the freshman like Gausman and the other Friday night starter.

Trying to forget about Monday night.

Gausman
Eades
McCune

In any order that's a pretty strong weekend rotation.

Also looking forward to seeing how good Jacoby Jones can be with a year under his belt. I think he can be a monster middle of the lineup hitter for us.

Jones, Rhymes, Katz should be solid at the plate and hopefully Hanover and Nola will have strong years. After that, I see alot of ?

I think he'll be a beast this season. He was at times last year, but after getting some experience, damn he's gonna be good

I would think the starters would be something like this.
1B - Tyler Moore ? - Freshman
2B - Hanover
3B - Casey Yocam ? - JUCO
SS - Nola
C - Ross
CF - Jones
RF - Katz
LF - Arby Fields - JUCO
DH - Rhymes

Coach says in the last article that they have a lot of tough outs at the plate. Which to me means expect to see more small ball. Hanover and Nola are going to have their streaks. Jacoby Jones is more than capable hitting in the 1 or 4 spots. He started last season batting .400+ through the first 1/3 of the season then slumped a little. Katz is prob your biggest returning power hitter. As far as the newcomers you never know who is going to adjust to college ball. It would be nice to see that new kid from CHBR come in and make a splash at the C position. Ross and Snikeris did not hit too well last year and didn't show signs of improving. This kid Arby Fields from Cal JC looks promising as well. Should add some speed to the lineup and maybe replace Mahtook in Center. He is a legit D1 recruit that went to another school so he could play football and baseball.

The the OP, I'm with you. Let's move on to baseball and try to forget about Monday. We will never get the answer we want.
