Photoshop Gurus

I need help with a custom logo for my site. The site is still under construction so I'm not in a big hurry to get the logo done. I still have to add more teams, news feeds, etc. So if any of you get bored and are willing to help me out, please do. I think a gray-scale logo would fit nicely. However, I'm open to suggestions.
