Not surprising. The Heisman always goes to elite position players. Mathieu is a ball hawk and a great special teams player, but not even the best cover corner on your team. Besides, when was the last time a player thats not a RB or QB win the Heisman? Suh is the closest I can remember.

Last year, he was suspended for their first game and he was sitting in NYC for the Heisman Trophy awards ceremony. It's bullshite if he's not in NYC next weekend.

Not surprising

the hell it isnt. the latest heismanology update from espn showed HB7 at 4th. FOURTH.
so to give the public a survey of 12 motherfrickers and not include him is just plain fricking dumb.

When you look at the body of work, what the Heisman Trophy Defines and what a player means to his team...TM7 not only embodies all of those characteristics, but shatters them.

This is awesome. I don't know if you guys fully process this, but TM7 LOVES to be hated. Read the dude's twitter. Most people like positive reinforcement, but Tyrann adores Hatred, he bathes in it. Like Colonel Stinkmeaner from the Boondocks. I hope he is snubbed from all post-season recognition, and that TM7 personally reads every word written about him on TideFans. Hate is his fuel. I think he honestly doesn't give a shite about these popularity contests anyway. We know his value, and he damn sure knows what he can do.

McCarron is in for a world of pain.

What would be badass would be if he went to New York and snatch the trophy from the winner.

Like a Kanye/Taylor Swift moment. Honeybadger style "GIMMIE DAT!"

RGIII is only one who has any Heisman moments compared to TR7.

Just so we're clear, Bama: no run, much less a non Touchdown run against Ole Miss, is a Heisman moment.

Must be another one of those ESPN, BAMA co-conspirator moments
