BCS Championship Game Tickets

How are the tickets distributed for the BCS Championship game? I think each team gets about 15K to 20K and the rest go to Sugar Bowl season ticket holders. If that is true, I would think most Sugar Bowl season ticket holders are LSU fans. I am expecting an LSU home field advantage. Anyone know for sure.
