Okay, cool...

So it seems like it's a variety of things:

Players getting more and more familiar with Chavis' system as they mature.

Better players being back who were hurt.

Taking advantage of turnover opportunities (Likely a byproduct of having those better players back on the field).

Does that seem pretty fair and accurate?

Compare LSUs TOP from last year to this year.

The way LSU sustains drives and run the football gives our D time to rest, which last year, was a huge problem. WAY too many 3 and outs from the offense was wearing out the Defense last year. Not only have they corrected it, but it's prolly one of the top in the SEC.
