Yes. I'm pretty sure the only possible way the SEC can have three teams in BCS games is if the teams are all ranked in the top 4

Per Brad Edwards, there can be three if the top two bcs teams are not the conference champion. Then the champ would go to the sugar bowl and the top 2 would go to the ship.
