Tulane can be a major player in college athletics, but they need to pony up a lot of their own money to do it instead of expecting the Big XII to use its money to make it happen for them.
That is the fundamental problem for the Tulane-Big XII dreamers. They somehow expect the Big XII to start funneling them cash as an investment to make them eventually worthy of an invitation.
