No player has not made the impact as he has so far this season in the different aspects of the game.

definitely not the authority... but this article puts the career record at 14 (previously quoted here as 13).

ETA:
The NCAA record for most forced fumbles in a season is 10 by Elvis Dumervil of Louisville in 2005.
