They run a 335. it's a defense built more for a spread offense than one that will like up with a tight end and a fullback.
That 5th DB is a linebacker/corner/safety hybrid if you've built your team right, but those guys are kind of hard to find

If you want a make a size comparison to LSU, it would look like this:
DE - Mingo
NT - Logan
DT - Adams
OLB - Francois
MLB - Baker
OLB - Hatcher
rover - Reid
Not saying their defense has the speed but that is the size of the players attempting to stop LSU's run game.
