It's going to be interesting when JJ and JJ are asked under oath if they did what they are charged with. If they claim no, but state they were present, they will be asked then who did it since they were obviously there.

Someone, and almost certainly a player, did fracture the vertebrae of a "victim" in this case. Almost certainly a player kicked Lowery in the head while he was down. If the pussies won't up to it and are letting JJ and JJ take the fall, who is honestly the most pathetic in this case? Think about that.

The Grand Jury will hear the case and make their decision, but anyone buying what Unglesby says on radio shows as the facts is hilarious. I doubt he even brings up 25 witnesses total much less 25 claiming JJ wasn't involved in the fight at all while they are under oath.
