I agree with your last statement because, in truth, it won't destroy the ACC.
However, a lawsuit plus a buyout plus possible losing of BCS bowl money every year leads me to believe FSU is staying put.
Why leave a conference when you have dominated said conference since joining in 1991?
Stupidity maybe? Greed? Both terrible reasons.
