I don't think it should be legal for companies to do this. I understand its a choice, but many companies do this to when you accept jobs. I watched a PBS documentary on it.

The Xbox policy includes a binding arbitration clause and a no class action clause. Because of Sony mainly but they are also fighting their own hacking demons right now. I'm on day 42 of no account access.
