The other thing is it provides negative depth as opposed to real 3D. It's like looking at things through a window instead of having things actually come at you.
But the sports on ESPN3D make you feel like you are at the game. Especially when they give the sideline shots, I feel like I'm standing on the sideline. I can almost smell the grass... almost.

I agree. This is what I was most impressed with when watching a game in 3D. The field-level camera angles are really great and make you feel like you are right there on the sidelines.
