The Texas A&M campus is much bigger than LSU and has a lot more parking spots but none of it is free. Season ticket holders only pay $100 per year for parking passes. There is one ground lot on the edge of campus for $10 public parking. There is a giant pubic garage across the street from the stadium for $20 which is fair. $40 is nuts but I am even more surprised there is still free parking at all at LSU. This does not count the six different RV lots on campus. No clue what those guys pay.

THANK YOU! I have been to every away SEC venue except Vandy and have never paid $40 to park. ever.

All these people that keep saying "LSU is just catching up to what all other schools have been doing for years" are wrong. Yes they charge, but no where near $40 for a car and another $50 for a trailer. $20 would be fair and another $20 for a trailer. Even $5 or $10 for Hayfield would be fine with me (def not $20 like planned)
